DESCRIPTION

Organic red quinoa, also known as quinoa, successfully replaces traditional cereals or pasta. It's perfect as an ingredient in soups and as a complement to vegetables, sauces, baked goods, and desserts.

PREPARATION

It's recommended to pour the quinoa grains into a fine sieve with hot water, then simmer in a 1:2 ratio (1 quinoa portion to 2 water portions) for about 25 minutes. Season with salt at the end of the cooking process.
