INGREDIENTS

DESCRIPTION
Oolong tea, also known as emerald, blue, turquoise, dragon, or oolong tea, is classified as blue according to Chinese classification; according to Polish classification, it is usually classified as red. Its leaves are gently fermented. Oolong tea has a much less astringent taste and is more delicate on the stomach, with sweet and even fruity notes. It is also characterized by a high content of tannins and plant tannins. It contains only a small amount of caffeine.

PREPARATION
Brew oolong tea in slightly less water – 1 teaspoon per small cup of water – approximately 120-170 ml. The optimal water temperature is 90 °C. Strain the leaf infusion after approximately 1-5 minutes, depending on the desired intensity of the tea.

STORAGE RECOMMENDATION
Store in a dry place.
