DESCRIPTION
Red lentils overcook easily, making them an ideal ingredient for soups, salads and spreads.
Rinse the lentils and cook in a ratio of 1:2 (1 portion of lentils to 2 portions of water) for about 20 minutes. Season with salt at the end of the cooking time.
