DESCRIPTION
Organic kidney beans (kidney-shaped) are legumes. Their name comes from the kidney shape of the seeds. They are an excellent source of fiber and vegetable protein. They are recommended for soups and stews, such as chili con carne, and as an ingredient in salads, both hot and cold, and when mixed into pastes and pâtés.

PREPARATION METHOD
The beans, which have been soaked and rinsed for at least 12 hours, should be boiled in fresh, unsalted water for about 60 minutes. Salt the beans only at the end of the cooking process.
