DESCRIPTION
Beetroot with parsnips is a product
free from gluten, sugar, corn, white rice flour & unnecessary chemicals
Amplifier.
INGREDIENTS
gluten-free oatmeal, oatmeal
gluten free, teff flour, dried beetroot 11%, dried parsnip 7.5%, onion
Dried, Sodium Bicarbonate (Raising Agent), Himalayan Salt, Turmeric,
Tarragon, cardamom, pepper.
PREPARATION SMETHODE
Pour the contents of the sachet into a bowl,
add 400 ml of kefir and 1 egg and mix thoroughly. Fry on a low flame
best in clarified butter or coconut oil (also works without egg :)).
You can also prepare vegan with only water (300 ml). They taste best
with sour cream, tzatziki or mushroom sauce.
STORAGE
store cool and dry,
tightly closed.
