Rye and oat flakes with honey BIO 300g MILZU

Natural, ecological rye flakes with honey from Latvian family brand MILZU! is a product containing ORGANIC rye flour, ORGANIC oats and ORGANIC sugar and honey from Gauja National Park. The vitamins B and E contained in the product were not artificially added, but remained in the grain during the production process. The petals are free from E-substances, genetically modified organisms and dyes. The high fiber content (10.5 g in 100 g) ensures a feeling of satiety and the large amount of magnesium and manganese minimizes the risk of type II diabetes. Flakes can also help reduce cholesterol levels and the risk of cardiovascular diseases to decrease (they have a low glycemic index).
