Organic Cocoa Rye Oat Flakes from the Latvian family brand MILZU are a product containing whole-grain rye flour and whole-grain oat flour, which is high in beta-glucans and fiber. Also noteworthy is the high protein content (14 g per 100 g), as well as B vitamins (B1, B2, B5, B6), which are responsible, among other things, for energy production and regulate the nervous system. In addition, the flakes are characterized by high levels of zinc, magnesium, iron, and phosphorus. The cocoa in their composition provides an additional abundance of copper, chromium, calcium, and polyphenols, which have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects.
