The content of individual plant components per recommended daily portion is as follows: nettle leaves - 1.2 g, horsetail herb - 0.9 g, couch grass rhizome - 0.9 g, green tea - 0.84 g, lemongrass - 0.66 g, dandelion herb - 0.6 g, mint leaves - 0.54 g, ginger - 0.36 g, each.

Application:
This tea complements your daily diet. It is especially recommended for people struggling with musculoskeletal problems. Nettle supports the smooth functioning of the musculoskeletal system and helps maintain the performance of joints, muscles, and tendons. Horsetail supports the elasticity of joint cartilage and contributes to remineralization. Green tea supports the maintenance of healthy and strong bones. Ginger helps maintain joint mobility and prevents morning stiffness.

Instructions for use:
Cover and steep 1 tea bag with boiling water (200 ml) for 5-10 minutes. It is recommended to brew the infusion 3 times daily.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
