Magnesium salts of citric acid (magnesium), valerian root dry extract ( Valeriana officinalis ) DER 10:1, glaze active ingredient: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, glycine, taurine, dried herb extract passionflower ( Passiflora incarnata L. ) DER 10:1, dry extract from the root of the sleepy greyhound ( Withania somnifera ) with 4.5% withanolides DER 12:1, dry extract of hops ( Humulus lupulus ) DER 4:1, L-theanine, pyridoxal-5-phosphate (vitamin B6), anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, melatonin.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

2 capsules daily in the evening, 2-3 hours before bedtime.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. This product should not be taken with sedatives, hypnotics, or antiepileptics, and should not be used by children, pregnant women, or breastfeeding women. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery.
