Reishi is a mushroom also known as Ling Shi. The Chinese name Ling Zhi means "magical plant" or "plant of immortality."
This mushroom is grown on solid wood and has a growth period of two to three months. The next step is to transplant it into the ground and allow it to mature. Only the cap is used for production, which, in the case of the NatVita product, has been ground.
Reishi mushrooms are rich in polysaccharides, which have a strengthening effect on the body. They also contain fiber, which has a positive effect on the digestive system. Beta-glucan, found in mushrooms, strengthens the immune system by increasing the number of macrophages and lymphocytes.
