Reishi Mushroom Extract 500mg 90 Capsules SWANSON
Reishi owes its properties to its high content of active ingredients, including sterols, alkaloids, and polysaccharides, which exhibit potent biological activity. The polysaccharides are believed to have immunostimulating, hypoglycemic, and antioxidant effects. Reishi can also counteract the harmful effects of stress, improve mood, and enhance physical performance. The mushroom has an adaptogenic effect, mobilizing the body to combat oxidative stress.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
One capsule 1-2 times daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. This product is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
