A coconut is a fruit that grows on a tree called a coconut palm. It originates from Asia. It grows in tropical zones along the coasts of seas and oceans. It requires plenty of sunlight and a salty, humid climate.
The flesh of the coconut, which forms the white, fleshy lining of the nutshell, is rich in fiber, potassium, magnesium, and folic acid. Coconuts are high in valuable vitamins and antioxidants, such as vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B6, vitamin K, thiamin, riboflavin, and niacin.
Ripe coconuts are perfect for their sweet and fleshy flesh. Ripe coconut water is not intended for drinking.

A NOTICE
There are three dark "eyes" on the coconut shell. Use the included chopstick to poke a hole in one of the "eyelets" (above the logo) and remove the water. Then, tap the coconut with a hammer around its shorter axis. When the shell begins to crack and the coconut splits into two pieces, scoop out the flesh.

RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
Once opened, store the pulp in the refrigerator and consume within 5 days.
