Regucol powder contains a combination of psyllium husk, inulin and bacterial cultures.

Psyllium Husk, Inulin, Lactobacillus Acidophilus (Milk, Soybean), Bifidobacterium Bifidum (Milk, Soybean).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Adults - 2 heaping tablespoons (10 g) twice daily Children over 12 years - 1 heaping tablespoon (5 g) twice daily

Mix with water or fruit juice and drink immediately. Then drink another cup of water or fruit juice. Regucol can be taken at any time of the day, but it is recommended to take it before meals. After 2 weeks it should be possible to halve the consumption. The product is suitable for long-term USE .

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Taking this product without drinking enough fluids may cause swelling and blockages in the throat or esophagus, and choking. If you have difficulty swallowing or breathing after ingesting the product, seek medical attention immediately. Pregnant or lactating women, sick or people taking medication should consult a doctor before taking this product.

STORAGE:

Children store in a dry and cool place out of the reach of little ones. Store in the refrigerator after opening.
