Composition: Wrotycz targets (Tanacetum Vulgare L.).

In folk medicine, tansy was valued for its rich composition of many valuable substances.

It was used as a means of:

Method of preparation: Pour 1 tablespoon (approx. 1.5 g) of tansy herb into 1 glass (approx. 200 ml) of hot water, cover and let it steep for 30 minutes, then strain.

Recommended daily intake: Approximately 1.5 g (tablespoon) of the product once daily. Systematic consumption of the product yields the best results.

Warning:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. It is important to eat a balanced and varied diet and lead a healthy lifestyle.
The preparation cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
An overdose of tansy infusions can result in nausea, vomiting, belching, diarrhea, facial flushing, sneezing, dizziness, flatulence, sweating (profuse sweat), frequent urination, and characteristic palpitations. Do not administer to pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Tansy causes miscarriages. Tansy's active ingredients pass into the milk.

Storage:
Store at room temperature, out of reach of small children. Protect from light and moisture.
