PREPARATION
At home, we prepare sprouts as follows. We take a flat plate, line it with gauze or other water-absorbing material. Sprinkle a single layer of seeds on the gauze and pour water over them, preferably boiled and lukewarm water. The water should be topped up frequently so that the gauze remains wet at all times. Place the seeds in a warm and preferably dark place. Depending on the type of germinated plant, sprouts will appear after 2-4 days. For coarse seeds such as peas, soybeans, chickpeas, etc., or seeds with shells such as pumpkin and sunflower, cut the sprouts before eating and use the small seeds whole.

RECOMMENDED STORAGE
Store in a dry place.
