Description
xQuince syrup is intense and sweet, so we recommend diluting it with water for drinking. It adds a unique flavor to teas and is perfect as a topping for porridge, pudding, pancakes, omelets, ice cream, and other desserts. Sorbet made with the syrup is also recommended.
Quince fruits contain large amounts of vitamin C and pectin. They are also rich in pigments, organic and mineral acids. Quince is sometimes used to treat gastroenteritis.
