Quercetin has antioxidant (neutralizes free radical damage) and anti-inflammatory effects and strengthens the body's immune system. It also protects against the oxidation of the LDL fraction of cholesterol while increasing the concentration of the HDL fraction.
The effects of bromelain are similar to those of quercetin: it has anti-inflammatory properties and stimulates the cells of the immune system. In addition, bromelain supports the digestive system by relieving indigestion and constipation.

INGREDIENTS
Quercetin, bromelain, rice flour, capsule shell: gelatin, maltodextrin, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids

METHOD OF USE
Take one capsule 1-2 times daily on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.
