Purpose: Turkey seasoning is especially recommended for schnitzels, meatballs, roasts, and turkey stews. Rub it on the meat just before cooking or use it to make an excellent marinade. When preparing turkey breast, be careful not to let it dry out. Therefore, prevent the juices from escaping from the meat by breaking it up.
