Punarnava primarily supports the urinary tract, kidneys and joints.

It rejuvenates the body, regenerates cells and tissues, and has diuretic and cardio-strengthening properties.

Punarnava (Boerhavia diffusa) means "the renewing one" in Sanskrit. This is due to its cell and tissue regenerating properties. It opens and cleanses the channels, facilitating access for nutrients to specific tissues.

This plant is native to India, Sri Lanka and the South Pacific islands.
