Intenson's protein pudding is the perfect quick yet highly filling snack. This pudding differs from classic pudding by the addition of tapioca and WPC, while retaining the taste and texture of a traditional dessert. Potato starch, found in most puddings, is enriched with tapioca, a starch derived from cassava. White sugar has been replaced with cane sugar. WPC is a whey protein concentrate obtained by ultrafiltration of milk proteins. This technology preserves the high amount of amino acids in milk while keeping the amount of fat and carbohydrates low.

INGREDIENTS

Unrefined cane sugar, potato starch, WPC (whey protein concentrate), tapioca starch 15%, skimmed milk powder, natural flavoring, color (riboflavin).

APPLICATION
Pour the contents of the sachet into a cup and dissolve it in a little water, then pour 185 ml of boiling water into the cup and stir vigorously with a spoon until a smooth consistency is achieved.
