The main ingredients of plant-based beverages include:

- Organic hemp protein powder: a source of healthy plant-based protein that contains all the necessary exogenous amino acids and unsaturated fatty acids. It's also rich in minerals and vitamins.

PREPARATION

Preferably use protein-free, naturally sweetened milk (rice, almond, spelt, or soy). Add 2 tablespoons (approx. 15 g each) to 300 ml of milk and mix thoroughly (preferably in a shaker or blender). It tastes best immediately after preparation . Otherwise, store in the refrigerator and consume within one day.
