The main ingredients

- Organic powdered protein: A source of complete plant-based protein that contains all the essential amino acids and unsaturated fatty acids. It's also rich in minerals and vitamins.
- Pumpkin seed protein powder: Obtained from Syrian pumpkins, it has a delicious, nutty flavor. Due to its valuable properties, it is becoming increasingly popular alongside other plant-based protein products.
- Organic, germinable flaxseed: source of the essential fatty acids Omega - 3 and Omega - 6. The high content of minerals and vitamins makes it beneficial for our body.
- Sunflower protein in powder form.

MANUFACTURING METHOD
Preferably use protein-free, naturally sweetened milk (rice, almond, spelt, or soy). Add 2 tablespoons (approx. 15 g each) to 300 ml and blend thoroughly (preferably in a blender). It tastes best immediately after preparation . If not, store in the refrigerator and consume within one day.
