The main ingredients

METHODS PREPARATION EN
Preferably use protein-free, naturally sweetened milk (rice, almond, spelt, or soy). Add 2 tablespoons (approx. 15 g each) to 300 ml of milk and mix thoroughly (preferably in a shaker or blender). It tastes best immediately after preparation . If not, store in the refrigerator and consume within one day.
