Chamomile is one of the oldest medicinal plants. In Polish herbal medicine, it was used as a universal medicine. Real chamomile has an anti-inflammatory effect on the mucous membrane and skin, disinfects, relaxes the smooth intestinal muscles and has a weak antibacterial effect. In addition, it stimulates digestion in the digestive tract, has a weak choleretic effect, restores the normal peristaltic movements of the intestine, has a digestive effect, prevents flatulence, has analgesic and antiemetic effects. In children it has a weak laxative effect. It also has a weak anti-inflammatory effect on the urinary tract and has a calming and beneficial effect on the nervous system. It is also antipyretic, antiseptic, and astringent
sweaty. It is used for the symptomatic treatment of digestive problems, i.e. cramps, a feeling of fullness, flatulence and belching (also in babies and children), anxiety and mild sleep disorders.
Externally, chamomile extract stimulates wound healing. It is used for mild inflammation and irritation of the skin (nappy rash) and mucous membranes including the mouth and gums.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Pour a glass of hot water over a full teaspoon of dried herbs, cover and steep for 5-10 minutes.
