Preparation Instructions Dosage: Adults (2-3 teaspoons of granules), which should be poured over 1/3 cup of boiled, cooled water and set aside for several hours. Can be sweetened with honey shortly before consumption. Due to bioavailability, it is recommended to add some warm water or natural juices (below 40°C) before consumption. It is recommended to take pollen in this form twice a day, in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening before bedtime. A single course of treatment should last one to three months.
