Intended use:
The preparation is a supplement to your daily diet. Nettle leaves have diuretic properties, support metabolism, purify the blood, and strengthen the body. Nettle leaves have a positive effect on joint function.

Instructions for use:
Add 1 teaspoon (approx. 1 g) to a glass of boiling water, cover, and let steep for 10 minutes. It is recommended to prepare the infusion up to 3 times a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Store in a dry place, out of reach of small children.
