Preparation:
1. Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Add 30 ml (3 tablespoons) of oil. Gradually add 400 ml of hot water (approx. 80 degrees C) and knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until it is compact and elastic (be careful not to burn yourself!). The longer you knead, the more elastic the dough will become.
2. After kneading, cover the dough with a bowl. Take 1/4 of the dough and roll it out thinly. If necessary, lightly dust with gluten-free flour (rice flour is also acceptable). Cut out discs from the dough. Place the desired filling on each disc and carefully seal the edges. Cover the dumplings with a cloth.
3. Repeat the process until all the dough is used up.
4. Place the dumplings in boiling salted water and cook for about 5 minutes.
5. Serve with your favorite toppings. Bon appetit!
