xPhosphatidylserine (PS) is a derivative of the amino acid serine. It belongs to the group of phospholipids and occurs naturally in our bodies. Its largest concentration is found in nerve tissue, which strongly influences our cognitive functions.
Phosphatidylserine is a building block of cell membranes - supports mental health, improves memory and cognitive functions in older people.
