Multivit Fem with Ashwagandha Vitamins and Minerals for Women 60 Capsules

Recommended daily dose: Take 1 capsule twice daily with a meal. Wash down with 250 ml of water. The recommended daily dose is 2 capsules.

Precautions: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. This product should not be consumed by children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, people taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g., warfarin and acenocoumarol), or those taking sedatives, sleeping pills, or antiepileptic drugs. Before use, it is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and discuss the test results with a doctor or pharmacist. This product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet.

Storage conditions: Protect from light. Store at room temperature, in a dry place, and out of reach of small children. Once opened, the product should be refrigerated.
