Use:
Couch grass herbal tea is an excellent beverage with a unique flavor and aroma, providing a natural enrichment for the body. It quenches thirst and cleanses the body. Couch grass rhizome was already known in the Middle Ages. It has a positive effect on the function of the urinary tract and supports kidney function. It also influences the proper functioning of the digestive system.

Instructions for use:
Adults: Pour 1 teaspoon (approx. 1.5 g) of rhizomes into lukewarm water (200 ml). Heat to boiling point, cover, and simmer gently for 5 minutes. Set aside for 15 minutes. Drink a glass of decoction 1-2 times daily.

A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
