DESCRIPTION

Spaghetti pasta made exclusively from organic "Senatore Cappelli" durum wheat semolina and mountain water. This pasta is ideal for fish-based sauces or with the classic "Pesto alla Genovese."
Rustichella pasta is produced using traditional artisanal methods, meaning it is slowly dried at 45-50 degrees C. This preserves its nutritional and flavor values, prevents overcooking, and has a lower glycemic index. It is pressed through bronze molds, which gives it a rough surface and prevents the sauce from running onto the bottom of the plate, allowing it to remain on the surface.

PREPARATION
Boil 1 liter of lightly salted water for every 100g of pasta. Simmer for 9-11 minutes, stirring occasionally. After cooking, drain the pasta and pour cold water over it.
