DESCRIPTION
Organic parboiled rice undergoes an initial heat treatment to prevent it from sticking or swelling after cooking. The thermal effect of steam preserves nutrients, significantly reduces cooking time, and keeps the rice light and fluffy. It's an excellent addition to main dishes, but also makes a great addition to salads, soups, and oriental cuisine.

PREPARATION
Pour rice into salted, boiling water in a ratio of 1:2 (1 portion of rice for 2 portions of water) and simmer for about 15 minutes.
