The tonic contains herbal extracts of hawthorn, aronia, elderberry, lemon balm, lavender, valerian (valerian), melatonin, vitamin C from acerola and vitamin E).
APPLICATION : This preparation has a calming effect and promotes healthy sleep. Lemon balm, lavender, hops, and valerian have a calming effect. Melatonin regulates the sleep-wake cycle by shortening the time it takes to fall asleep (a positive effect occurs when 1 mg is taken shortly before bedtime). Lavender and lemon balm are a digestive aid that can also help with falling asleep.

INGREDIENTS
Water, concentrated aronia and apple juices, extracts of: hop cones, hawthorn fruit, lemon balm herb, elderberry fruit, aronia fruit, lavender blossoms, valerian root, acerola fruit standardized to 25% vitamin C content, preservative: potassium sorbate, antioxidant: d-alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E), acidity regulator: citric acid, melatonin.
The tincture contains no alcohol or synthetic compounds. No added sugar.

Amount per daily dose (10 ml):
Hop extract - 400 mg
Hawthorn extract - 320 mg
Lemon balm extract - 320 mg
Elderberry extract - 300 mg
Aronia extract - 100 mg
Lavender extract - 100 mg
Valerian extract - 100 mg
Melatonin - 1 mg
Vitamin C - 20 mg (25% *)
Vitamin E - 6 mg (50% * )

Net weight: 200 ml (equivalent to 20 recommended servings of the product)

Directions for use: Shake before use. Consume 2 teaspoons (10 ml) once daily or 1 teaspoon (5 ml) twice daily after a meal. The tincture can be added to water or tea.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (10 ml).
The presence of deposits indicates the presence of natural ingredients and is not a product defect.
The preparation may reduce concentration and reaction speed and impair the ability to drive and operate motor mechanisms.
