Fish oil , capsule components (gelatin, humectant: glycerin, water), DL-alpha-tocopherol acetate (vitamin E), cholecalciferol (vitamin D), retinyl palmitate (vitamin A), menaquinone-7 MK-7 (vitamin K) from Bacillus subtilis natto.

The product may contain milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other tree nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs and shellfish.

Take 1 serving (1 capsule) daily, preferably after a meal. Take with plenty of water. Before use, it is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and discuss the test results with your doctor or pharmacist. This product is intended for adults.
