Ingredients:
Inulin, fruiting body extract from lion's mane mushroom(Hericium erinaceus), fruiting body extract from Chinese caterpillar fungus(Cordyceps sinensis), fruiting body extract from reishi mushroom(Ganoderma lucidum), fruiting body extract from chaga mushroom(Inonotus obliquus).

Usage instructions:

1 measuring spoon (3 g) per day.
Add 1 measuring spoon of powder to 200 ml of your favorite beverage such as coffee or tea or directly to a meal like soup or a smoothie and mix thoroughly.
