The base of EL PAJARO's Yerba Mate is a high-quality Paraguayan dry blend containing both holly leaves and small stalks. The blend has an intense flavor with a relatively slight hint of bitterness and a rich aroma with a noticeable herbal character, which comes from the addition of orange and blanket blossoms, dandelion, and coconut chips.

Because it's El Pajaro, it's delivered directly from the farmers, bypassing the long chain of suppliers, and transport is done in the simplest way, by the shortest route, to reduce our carbon footprint on this beautiful world where so many good plants grow.
