DESCRIPTION

The preparation contains carefully selected amounts of unsaturated fatty acids Omega 3-6-9. The NOW® product offers a balanced composition of two essential fatty acids (and their derivatives), which are essential for the proper functioning of many bodily functions.
Natural fatty acids are essential for the normal growth and development of human cells and tissues. If the food you eat doesn't contain these acids, it must be supplemented with them. The essential fatty acids EPA and DHA are normally found in the body's cells.
This NOW product offers a balanced composition of two essential fatty acids (and their derivatives) essential for many bodily functions: Omega-3 oils (linseed and rapeseed) and Omega-6 oil (evening primrose and blackcurrant). Oleic acid, in the form of Omega-9 oil (from rapeseed and flax), is a monounsaturated fatty acid that, although not considered essential, has beneficial effects on humans.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
2 capsules 1 to 3 times a day with a meal.
