INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

The recommended daily dose is 5 ml, which is approximately equivalent to one teaspoon. At the recommended dosage, one bottle is sufficient for 20 days. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose unless advised by your doctor, therapist, or pharmacist.

During pregnancy and breastfeeding: 5 ml every 4 days

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. Food supplements must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

STORAGE METHOD:

Unopened products should not be exposed to direct sunlight and should be stored in a cool, dry place. Please note that crystals may form at temperatures below 4 degrees Celsius. They will dissolve after a few minutes at room temperature. Shake the bottle well before consumption. Keep out of reach of small children. Once opened, the bottle should be consumed within 30 days and stored in the refrigerator. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
