INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

The recommended daily dose is 10 ml, approximately one tablespoon. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose unless advised otherwise by your doctor.

Omega-3 Arctic is easy to take. It can be consumed neat with a spoon or mixed with a drink, sauce, or cold meal.

STORAGE METHOD:

Unopened products should not be exposed to direct sunlight and should be stored in a cool, dry place. Please note that crystals may form at temperatures below 4 degrees Celsius. They will dissolve after a few minutes at room temperature. Shake the bottle briefly before consumption. Keep out of reach of small children. Once opened, the bottle should be consumed within 45 days and stored in the refrigerator.
