Omega 3-6-9 fatty acid capsules contain fish, flaxseed, and borage oil. They provide a comprehensive range of fatty acids in one product, complementing the existing range of essential fatty acids. Essential fatty acids, such as those found in fish, flaxseed, and borage oil, are required for numerous physiological functions, including the production of electrical impulses that stimulate the heart, strengthening the immune system, and providing structural components to the brain and nervous system.
Recent research has shown the importance of fatty acid balance, i.e., the ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 fatty acids. Solgar's Omega-3-6-9 fatty acid capsules contain higher amounts of omega-3 fatty acids from fish and flaxseed. They are supplemented by high-quality omega-6 fatty acids from borage and flaxseed, and omega-9 in the form of oleic acid, also derived from flaxseed oil.
The Omega 3-6-9 fatty acid capsules provide a variety of fatty acids from different sources, making them a comprehensive fatty acid supplement that supports numerous physiological functions. They are ideal for anyone who wants to enrich their diet with healthy fats through a high-quality fatty acid supplement. They contain the lowest possible amount of so-called free fatty acids, which is an indicator of freshness (the higher the free fatty acid content, the higher the degree of rancidity of the oil). The maximum content of so-called free fatty acids in a Solgar product is 0.1% at the end of the expiration date. This is a level that cannot be achieved in other products, not only in Poland but also in Europe. Important: Take 3 times daily for 20 days.
