Omega 3-6-9 fatty acid capsules contain fish, flaxseed, and borage oil. They provide a comprehensive range of fatty acids in the product, complementing the existing range of essential fatty acids. Essential fatty acids, such as those found in fish, flax, and borage oil, are required for many physiological functions, including generating electrical impulses that stimulate the heart, strengthening the immune system, and providing structural components to the brain and nervous system.
Recent studies have demonstrated the importance of fatty acid balance, the ratio of omega 6 to omega 3. Solgar's Omega 3-6-9 fatty acid capsules contain more omega 3 fatty acids from fish and flaxseed. They are supplemented with high-quality omega 6 fatty acids from borage and flaxseed, as well as omega 9 in the form of oleic acid, also derived from flaxseed oil.
Capsules with Omega 3-6-9 fatty acids provide a variety of fatty acids from different sources, making it a comprehensive preparation of fatty acids that support many physiological functions. It is ideal for people who want to enrich their diet with healthy fats through a high-quality fatty acid supplement. It contains the lowest possible amount of the so-called free fatty acids, which are an indicator of freshness (the higher the free fatty acid content, the greater the degree of rancidity of the oil). The maximum content of the so-called free fatty acids in Solgar's product is 0.1% at the end of the expiration date. This content is available for other products not only in Poland but also in Europe. Important: Take 3 times a day for 20 days.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
3 capsules daily.
Best taken with a meal or as directed.
