DESCRIPTION:

The Solling oil mill offers only the highest quality, so-called 'Virgin Coconut Oil'. The oil is mechanically pressed from fully ripe coconuts, produced in such a way that it retains its nutritional values and is naturally unbleached and unrefined. Its benefits therefore lie not only in the fine coconut note but also in the nutritional value. It provides, among others, medium-chain fatty acids like lauric acid, the rare micronutrient selenium, antioxidants, and is free from cholesterol and trans fatty acids.

Coconut oil is a true treasure trove of saturated fatty acids: lauric acid, myristic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid. Coconut oil contains about 50% lauric acid, which is also found in breast milk.
