Neutral olive oil is a blend of refined and good quality extra virgin olive oil.
Unlike other fats, neutral oil is especially recommended for frying. The plant is more resistant to high temperatures. Its use gives fried foods a beautiful golden color, makes them light and crispy, and, above all, healthier.
You can use it as a fat for baking cakes, cookies, and muffins, or instead of butter or margarine. This eliminates unhealthy saturated acids. It has a neutral flavor and therefore doesn't "clash" with the taste of foods.
