The truffle is called the "diamond of the kitchen" – for its potential to add extraordinary culinary magic to a dish, as well as for its rarity. The highly prized Italian Alba truffles were selected for this production, which are made from the highest quality Italian olive oil. This olive oil has a balanced yet intense aroma. Perfect for risotto, pasta dishes, or carpaccio.
