Recommended daily dose:

1 tablet 1-2 times daily after a meal.

Ingredients:

Magnesium salts of citric acid (magnesium citrate), filler - microcrystalline cellulose; coating agents [coating agents - polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), polyethylene glycol, talc]; potato starch, anti-caking agent - magnesium salts of fatty acids; pyridoxine hydrochloride - vitamin B6, thiamine hydrochloride - thiamine (vitamin B1).
