OLIMP Chitosan + Chromium 30 Capsules

A dietary supplement for weight loss. Chitosan is a dietary fiber isolated from crustacean shells that has gelling and absorbent properties. The chromium contained in the supplement contributes to the proper metabolism of macronutrients such as carbohydrates and fats and also helps maintain normal blood sugar levels. Proper blood sugar levels help prevent cravings and snacking between meals.

• Chitosan - 1200 mg
• Chromium - 100 µg (250%* RWS)

Ingredients:

Chitosan (powdered marine crustacean shells), filler - microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent - magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; chromium picolinate, capsule (capsule component - gelatin, color: E 171).

Note: This product contains ingredients derived from crustaceans.

Use of OLIMP Chitosan + Chromium 30 capsules:

The product is intended for adults who are physically active and take care of their fitness in order to maintain a healthy body weight and lose weight.

Dosage of OLIMP Chitosan + Chromium 30 capsules:

Recommended daily dose: 1 capsule 3 times a day, approximately 20 minutes before a meal, with at least 1 glass of water.

• The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.
• The food supplement must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
• A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
• During use, it is recommended to supplement the diet with lipophilic vitamins A, D, and E, as the preparation may cause reduced absorption of dietary fats. Vitamin supplements should be taken approximately 2 hours before or after taking chitosan.
