Olimp Whey Amino 9000 - Amino acid complex

An amino acid complex made from the highest quality hydrolysates of two types of animal proteins—whey protein and egg white. This combination offers an amino acid profile previously unknown in protein hydrolysate-based blends.

The use of hydrolyzed egg white in Olimp Whey Amino 9000 increases the concentration of certain amino acids several times: glycine by six times, L-arginine by two times, L-proline by 1.8 times and L-alanine by 1.4 times.

Glycine acts as a neurotransmitter (activator of NMDA receptors) involved in the transmission of impulses in the central nervous system; it is also the basis for the synthesis of nucleic acids (necessary for protein synthesis) and contributes to the normalization of blood-forming processes.

In addition to its function in the synthesis of structural proteins, L-alanine is used by the liver to synthesize glucose, which helps protect muscles from catabolism during exercise (when taken before exercise), and it contributes to the rapid replenishment of energy stores and protein synthesis (when taken after exercise).

The higher L-arginine content of Whey Amino 9000 compared to regular protein hydrolysate increases nitric oxide synthesis, which improves blood flow to the muscles and increases their nutrient supply.

Recommended intake:

Depending on body weight, take 2-5 tablets three times a day:

• 70 kg - 6 tablets
• 70-90 kg - 9 tablets
• 90-105 kg - 12 tablets
• over 105 kg - 15 tablets
