INGREDIENTS
Cold-pressed oil from a mixture of: soybeans* (Glycine max L.) 40%, black cumin seeds* (Nigella sativa L.) 19.5%, linseed* (Camelina sativa L.) 19.5%, milk thistle seeds* (Silybum marianum L.) 19.5%, flower and fruit extract (10:1), hawthorn* (Crataegus laevigata (Poir.) 1.5% (* from controlled organic cultivation).

DESCRIPTION
Oil to supplement the diet with unsaturated fatty acids: EPA, DHA and linoleic acid (LA), linolenic acid (ALA), vitamins C and E. The oil is intended for adults, especially older women and women in menopause who are breastfeeding and for children and adolescents under 18 years of age.

RECOMMENDED DAILY CONSUMPTION
Consume 1 serving of 20 g of oil (22 ml = 2 tablespoons) daily, once or in divided portions, e.g., 1 tablespoon twice a day, preferably with a meal. The oil can also be added to salads. The 250 ml package contains approximately 11 servings of the product.

REMARKS
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store at a refrigerated temperature of 4-6°C, in a tightly closed container, protected from light and oxygen, out of reach of small children.
