INGREDIENTS
Cold-pressed oil from a mixture of: linseed* (Camelina sativa L.) 40%, rosehip seeds* (Rosa canina L.) 40%, evening primrose seeds* (Oenothera biennis L.) 10%, caraway fruit* (Carum carvi L.) 6%, fennel fruit* (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) 4% (* ingredient from controlled organic farming).

DESCRIPTION
The cold-pressed oil is made from a blend of specially selected oilseeds to ensure the correct composition and content of fatty acids, vitamins, plant sterols, and polyphenolic compounds. The oil is intended for pregnant women, nursing mothers, and other adults.

DAILY INTAKE RECOMMENDATION
Consume one serving of 25 g of oil (27 ml = 2.5 tbsp) daily, once or in divided portions, e.g., 5 times a day, 1/2 tablespoon per day, preferably with a meal. The oil can also be added to salads.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
