The iron source is Murray's coenigry leaves. It also contains standardized extracts of guava, amla, and lemon fruits for guaranteed vitamin B and C content, as well as fresh Arctic seaweed, nettle, dandelion, and honey. Liquid iron has a pleasant taste and is suitable for the whole family. It does not cause constipation.
Iron is important for the production of hemoglobin and red blood cells. It reduces fatigue and lethargy and is essential for the proper development of cognitive functions in children. INGREDIENTS
Organic glycerin, organic acerola juice, organic nettle and dandelion leaf infusion, organic Bulgarian multiflower honey, organic curry leaf extract with iron, organic lemon peel, guava leaf and amla fruit extracts with vitamins B and C, organic orange oil, organic arctic seaweed.

Vitamin C - 20 mg
Vitamin B1 - 1 mg
Vitamin B2 - 1.3 mg
Vitamin B3 - 2 mg
Vitamin B5 – 2 mg
Vitamin B6 – 1.4 mg
Folic acid – 40 µg
Iodine – 30 µg

Recommended intake
Adults: 2-4 teaspoons daily. Children 3-5 years old: 1 teaspoon per day. Children 6-12 years: 2 teaspoons daily.
Shake (mix) well before each use. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 4 weeks of opening.
